Advertising is where we start.

For Shopify businesses that want a defined, lower-commitment first engagement with Frame & Ledger, ad management is the entry point. We run Google and Meta, the two channels that carry most of the revenue for the businesses we work with, and we run them well enough that the profit funds what comes next.

01What We Manage

Google and Meta. The two channels that pay the bills.

Google Ads (Includes YouTube)

Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube. Google is the highest-intent paid channel for most Shopify businesses. Buyers on Google are typing the exact thing they want to buy, and the ROI on a well-run account tends to lead every other channel by a wide margin. We start here for a reason.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Feed, Stories, Reels, and Advantage+. Meta does the work Google cannot: reaching buyers in low-search-volume categories, retargeting visitors from Google when they are scrolling Facebook and Instagram, building brand familiarity, and scaling top-of-funnel demand once the bottom-funnel Google spend is optimized. Google and Meta together cover most of the reachable demand for most Shopify categories.

LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms are available on request when the fit is right. In practice, most of our clients are best served by concentrating spend on Google and Meta until both are running at scale.

02Scope

What every engagement includes.

  • 01Account setup, campaign buildout, and conversion tracking implementation.
  • 02Ongoing campaign management, optimization, and budget pacing.
  • 03Creative direction on ad copy, targeting, and audience strategy. Most clients produce their own video and imagery; we can advise on what to shoot and how it should be structured.
  • 04Monthly profitability reporting with the metrics that actually inform decisions rather than the ones that inflate reports.
  • 05Direct communication with the Frame & Ledger principals running your account. No account managers, no handoffs.
03Pricing

Pricing.

Every advertising engagement carries a one-time account setup fee and a monthly management fee.

Account Setup & Buildout
Starts at $3,000per platform

Setup includes account audit, strategy development, campaign buildout, and conversion tracking implementation. Charged once per platform at engagement. Larger accounts and more complex tracking builds may carry a higher setup fee, scoped and quoted before the engagement begins.

Monthly Management
Starts at $1,000per month, per platform

Management fees scale with ad spend on each platform. Larger accounts pay proportionally higher fees.

04The Frame

A defined first step, not a permanent lane.

Most of what Frame & Ledger builds is foundational: storefronts, proprietary applications, quoting infrastructure, data architecture, CRM integration. That work carries a real price tag because it carries a real return, and it takes a genuine engagement to scope and execute.

Advertising is different. It is a defined monthly service with a clear scope, a predictable fee structure, and results the client can see inside the first thirty days. For businesses that want to work with us but are not ready to commit to an infrastructure engagement on day one, advertising is the way in.

The economics matter. Profitable ad management funds infrastructure investment. It also gives us a working relationship with your business, real data on how your customers behave, and a clear read on where the operational leaks are before we ever propose systems work. By the time we do propose it, we know what to build and you know how we work.

The system behind the numbers Alex Hormozi featured on his channel. $2.5M to $3.6M in trailing-twelve-month revenue, 92% YoY growth during our full engagement window, and the operational architecture that carried it.

Advertising is a defined service. Some clients stay on advertising indefinitely and that is a real, profitable relationship for both sides. Some grow into infrastructure work because the operational reality of their business asks for it.

The clients above started somewhere and grew into infrastructure and systems work. Their stories are the clearest picture of how Frame & Ledger works when profitable advertising engagements fund the next highest-ROI project.

06Qualification

Who this is for.

This is a fit if:

  • You run a Shopify business generating meaningful monthly revenue and are ready to invest in growth as a real budget line.
  • You want a Frame & Ledger principal running your account, not an assigned account manager.
  • You see ad spend as investment rather than expense and are comfortable with a $1,000+ monthly management floor.
  • You know you need systems eventually, and view advertising as a way to fund business growth and profit for further investment.
  • You want honest reporting, including when the numbers do not say what you hoped.

This is probably not a fit if:

  • You are looking for the cheapest agency in the market.
  • You want guarantees.
  • You want to measure our value by hours worked or task count rather than by outcomes and capital deployed.
  • You are still validating whether your product has demand. Advertising amplifies what works and exposes what does not; it does not create demand where none exists.
